I bought a huge organic watermelon yesterday and wanted to come up with a recipe for a refeshing summer smoothie. So I did some experimenting and came up with this gem. Enjoy!
-2 cups coconut water
-Watermelon diced chunks (seeds or not)
-1-2 handfuls of baby spinach
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-Frozen pineapple chunks
*I’m not a stickler for exact measurements, so I like to let you improvise a bit when it comes to ingredients. Keep in mind that more watermelon or pineapple you add, the sweeter your drink will be.
