Wow, wow, and wow. That’s all I can really say about Pizzicato. I wandered in here because my trusty Yelp app told me it was Vegan friendly and I was starving. While their menu doesn’t have a lot of Vegan options (one Vegan, many Vegetarian) outlined, there are plenty of custom options that you should take advantage of, should you crave a plant-based pizza.
I started with the kale salad, which was literally one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The kale was crisp and fresh, the dressing was tasty, the shredded carrot, pumpkin seeds, and cranberry gave it the perfect crunch and tartness. Simply excellent! But the main event came when my pizza arrived. I ordered the mushroom pizza sans cheese with spinach, onions, peppers, and garlic oil that took the place of tomato sauce. The crust was crunchy and delicious and the toppings were fresh. From start to finish, Pizzicato was a mouthwatering experience.
There is plenty of room for seating both indoors and outdoors and this location is situated in the most charming part of Nob Hill, where you can shop and stroll around the entire day. Enjoy!
