What is a health coach?

My job as a health coach is to assist you step-by-step in attaining your personal goals for your health. Unlike physicians or dietitians and nutritionists who only prescribe regimented treatments based on standardized requirements, a health coach focuses on you, the individual, and your personal goals .

I integrate various dietary theories and focus on biodiversity; your individual preferences and affinity for food and fitness. Together, we’ll deconstruct your cravings and contextualize them within your primary food needs in order to create real change. I’ll also share my best tips and tricks for incorporating more green vegetables and healthier choices of food into your life so it sticks.

What are primary foods?

Primary foods encompass the full spectrum of your life: relationships, physical activity, career, and spirituality. The more in balance these elements are, the happier and healthier you become!

How long is the program?

The minimum program is 3 months, but most programs run for 6 months with the option to extend. You can explore the various programs offered here.

How will we work together?

Depending on your location, we can work in-person or remotely over the phone or via Skype sessions. I also offer email support in between sessions. Each session is 50 minutes long and takes place two times per month. I provide you with literature and sheets that help you succeed and have fun along the way.
