Boca Raton Natural Living: Rain, Sun, Sky, and the Beach

I love to travel and this year I definitely did a lot of just that. This weekend, I headed to Boca Raton, FL to seek out the natural living there (and a short business trip). So far, what I love best is the impressive variety of healthy juice and food as well as the overall chill vibe. The picture above captures my second visit of the day to the beach. The second time around was windy and rainy but very warm. Initially, I sat in my car, hoping to wait it out and just watch the ocean. But the nonchalance of the beachgoers compelled me to get my toes in the sand and lounge. I love how the people aren’t fazed by a little thing like dark clouds and rainy conditions. It was so refreshing to watch the kids and the couples just let loose and enjoy the simple pleasures of the waves and the sand. While I didn’t go in, I did dip my toes in the sand and took some pictures of the beautiful landscape. (I’m absolutely addicted to photographing clouds and mountains). Check out some of my shots below. Sometimes a quiet day with nature and the elements really helps to put things in focus. Try it.
